I have now been trying to get two tape drives working under RH 5.2.
1. Colorado T3000
- This one worked fine under RH 5.1, but after the upgrade,
it stopped, and no matter how I try to RPM or use the
tar archives, it will not get recognized. Apparently
there is a config file or two, which need to be fixed.
2. Iomega Ditto Max internal
- This one I really would like to have working.
The jumpered card has been set to 360/6/2 and I have
modified the MCONFIG accordingly. However, conf.modules
does not reflect this, and the drive is not found.
I also have the PnP card, in case it makes installation
simpler.
I would really appreciate, if there is a kind soul, who would give me
step by step instructions how to get these gadgets working.
