Judging from your log, my guess is that you need to reduce max_sectors to
112 or below. See

You will probably need to do this before inserting a disc in the drive
(but after plugging the drive into the computer, of course). Before
mounting the drive may be good enough.
I tried reducing max_sectors to 112, then I tried 64. The same thing
happens.
