that windows info is often misleading IME. Do you know any good ones for sale for a reasonable price in chch and that work with linux? > > hth, Rik PS just looked up the specs, it has one pc card slot, so the pcmcia option should work. the modem is described as :"56k Data/Fax v.92 MDC" - I'll report back to the list after i catch up with vatsala.
