I haven't followed the details of that (and I don't
feel for digging it up). It was quite some time ago,
so there was a discussion about this to avoid getting
the 1993 version published (which would be misleading,
esp. for Hangul), but get the 2000 version. I don't
know what is holding up the publication now though.
