OK! I bumbled through and got file/drive sharing working. I can see my
entire win drives on the ubuntu machine.
I still have the problem that firefox/ubuntu can not get any sites.
Also evolution can not get my mail. Host lookup
failed:pop.surfbest.net:temporary failure in name resolution, is the error
mess I get.
For the browser I get server not found.
