Hi, It sound like you need to enter your ISP's DNS servers. This will allow you to resolve internet domains to IP's. A quick test would be to open a terminal window and type:
ping -c 4 yahoo.com Then try an IP: ping -c 4 216.109.112.135 I'll bet the domain returns 100% packet loss and the IP 0% packet loss. I'm assuming you have some kind of internet access on this box.
