that sounds like the way to get things I know ebay used to be good companies and people who had spare stuff laying around wanting to sell it but now it is just companies built to sell n ebay and seems like prices have gone up and you don't hardly have people selling older stuff that they owned eventually I would like to build a setup like you have start small then grow has I said I do allot of video stuff I am an ex meth and other drug addict who after being set free from that stuff by god has gone into a mission of helping others I talk in prisons and jails and also to kids before they get involved. I also do a lot of desktop publishing for bible studies ect. I also pick up a lot of spare parts at garage sales, and on CraigsList... local Chicago people selling good stuff for cheap. The current evolution of the LAN is about number 4, with a lot of improvements being made along the way.
