Since we are dealing with newbies we want to be correct and exact.
Your post said that a Live CD did not use the computer's RAM which is
not correct. As I clearly stated, a live CD uses the CD drive and the
RAM but not the Hard Drive. The CD Drive, RAM, and Hard Drive are
three different things. Please don't take it personally, but do
please learn the terms. I suspect you are confused about the
difference between RAM (random access memory) and storage or in this
case Hard Drive.
