Click that. 

Forget about what it finds it's probably wrong. 

On the Windows machine, you have the printer marked as shared.  

So, for the printer address

smb://192.168.1.33/<printername>  (Whatever the printer is called on
Windows.

If you get that far, then you should be able to choose the printer model
from the section--it works in theory at least, but with CUPS, ya never
know.
