Yes please. Go ahead an make the argument. Not the Kalam-esque
"Koodankulam is absolutely safe because I say so", but an argument
based on objective thought.

To start you off, here is a list of reasons why people don't want the
Koodankulam plant. You can ignore the procedural/administrative ones
in your first draft, and focus on the technical objections.
