only a small percentage of tickets for sale by the railways (and most
bus services) are offered on the internet. You may book on the internet
and be 100 on the waiting list, but if you go to the counter (or if your
wife's cousin brother is behind the counter) you are assured of a ticket
unless it is one of the rush days/routes.
