Vu considers itself to be a high-end, luxury brand - and I don't think their sales are as bad as you make them out to be. My target market would be the families in the country-side with one (or more) members in the "Gulf" as it is known in my native Kerala - people who are slogging it out there and cannot afford the annual return ticket to India. People who don't see their wives/children for years, sometimes.
