In regards to web surfers, this will have very little impact.  Cf will be
compiled as servlets, which is server side Java.  Client users will only
need to download a plug in if you are running applets.... This is just
Microsoft working against Sun to promote their C Sharp, which is a shameless
rip off of Java.  Microsoft bad.
