"flamboyant" and thus more likely to be anal about shaving...

Feddie men: General Revil, Tianem, nameless officer
Zeon men: Ranba Ral, Zeon soldier in Amuro's home town, Sharia Bull,
Col. Asakura, Capt. Twining, Conscom, Barom
That's just Original Series. Delaz has a beard and moustache but a
shaved head.
