Hey... do I look like I care? "Hatred", "spite", etc are all value
judgment.

No they aren't. "Good" and "Evil" are value judgments. Hatred and spite are much easier to quantify (i.e., if you harm your own interests to get at someone else you are being spiteful, no matter the particulars of the situation).

I am just saying... assuming "hatred", "stupid" and "irrational" still
exist in 24th Century (G00), what would war be like then?

Like it is today, assuming the nations of the world have a tech level similar to or better than ours. They won't backslide barring a Minovskyesque MacGuffin.

Whose numbers? Hezbollah is still around, so they didn't suffer 100%
casualties.

It's from within one single Wiki page eh:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006_Israel-Lebanon_conflict

IDF official estimate of Hezbollah casualty 600 (ref. Wikipedia),
(presumably) Western estimate of Hezbollah "active fighters" 600-1000.
Actually combining various Western/Israeli claims you will get
something like 100-200% casualty rate, since Israel claims that none
of the Lebonanese casualties are innocent and up to 1200 Lebonanese
casualty seem not very controversial. So yeah, Hezbollah might have
been destroyed twice over.

That's fine if you want to play with numbers, but it obviously isn't true (and hence isn't terribly helpful here).

You already have different. That's what GitS:SAC is for. Gundam isn't
the vehicle for different since the very premise is absurd (though

Well you've just explained why I didn't finish with Seed. To me, Seed
is no more relevant than Power Ranger (which I don't watch) and Keroro
(which I do).

It is and it isn't. Kreuze alone made the show worth watching, because he was a vehicle for bringing up and examining a number of timely social issues. Doesn't mean Kira et al. were worth a damn, but it's not like Amuro et al. were either.
