I actually suspect that there will be a lot of switching of sides. It's even possible that the original four may end up fighting each other, in some weird combination. heck, if it follows certain logic, Setsuna goes over to the good guys, Lockon disappears and comes back to save the day, only to be killed in his seat, with the Haro going to Setsuna (for the mecha upgrade, of course), Allelujah will be the conflicted one who will be go to the good side at the crucial point, and that creepy pilot will be the bad guy.
