And this is precisely the reason we need to keep things open.  YOUR
determination of what is useful to the potential of the Internet is not and
should not be controlling.

If I, as a consumer, want to do research on purchasing a computer, and I do
what the trademark interests say most consumers do and look up
www.pentium.com, I won't find any information critical of pentiums.
However, if I follow this "logic" and look up www.pentium.sucks, I may find
useful information critical of pentiums.

Again, it comes down to free speech, and access to information.
