This individual is NOT to be believed or trusted in anything
he says.
He makes claims about some envelope that Bill Manning passed to him
regarding some "TEST" registry in an agreement with the IANA for.WEB,
which he CLAIMES he owns, yet he is a full time employee of
Microsoft. Not
to mention that Bill manning has on many occasions disputed this
individuals claim. He still claims he owns right to .WEB, which
of course
are false.
