Mono is fully supported by Novell.


Part of the problem is that the price of the CF server is associated with 
perceived value.  If they give it away for free or a low price, it may be 
deemed a product of poor quality for the enterprise.  If they price it as an 
enterprise-level product, it's going to scare away people who could potentially 
use it for smaller-scale projects.


I disagree whole-heartedly. I think you give it away or make the price
nominal to saturate the market with your product (which CF would grow
like wildfire, IMHO) and make your money on application and support
contracts (just like Novell does).
