I totally agree on this and I couldn't have said it better. Using a
browser, HTML and some JavaScript with some nice infrastructure is all is
needed for (platform-independent!!) GUI development. (I know I'm torpedoing
my OpenAmulet project but this is targeted for other things where web-usage
isn't the right way). For most applications HTML is all you need for GUI.

That's why I hacking my dialect-script like mad and going to use it for
(contract) web-development.
