I think what's bugging me the most with this is that with MM2 listadmins
got notice that someone was unsubscribed due to bounces, and we aren't
getting those notices now.  I could live with having to adjust the bounces
(especially for private lists), but there's something wrong with not
sending out the bounce-unsubscribe notice, especially when "regular"
unsubscribe notices are being sent out.
