Fine if > that's how you want to spend your time.-Ken REPLY Ken you are mixing me up with someone else. I did not ask for where to get repair parts. I am trying to educate myself as to how modern generators work. I want to sell these things, not repair them. But in looking at the various models I am not sure which ones are good designs and which ones are poor. I was talking to one supplier yesterday who in so many words said Well! . . if you expect to regulate the voltage for a battery it will cost you at least another $1000 and then the "regulator" only provided a fixed DC voltage of 13.6V It sounds like you prefer the Air Marine model. How much noise does it produce at full speed? some of the ranchers are concerned the noise will spook the cattle in which case the wind charged automatic watering pump is self defeating. It scares away the cattle from the watering basin. Solar doesn't do so well with 16 hours of darkness and a foot of snow on top of the solar panel.
