According to the Navico web site (http://www.navico.com). "The Altor
2003 Fund is the majority shareholder with a 95% stake in Navico.
Kongsberg Group holds the remaining 5% ownership share." In 2007,
Navico acquired Brunswick New Technologies Marine Electronics division.
Northstar was acquired by Brunswick in 2003. Northstar along with other
names such as Simrad, Lowrance, Navman, Eagle, & B&G are all Navico
products.
