I've got a newer Balmar 100 amp alternator bolted onto a Volvo MD2030 and am getting a lot of rubber dust off the balmar pulley, which is getting sucked into the alternator.
Changed sheeves, belts match sheeves, spoke to both Balmar and Volvo, no help there. Tried belt dressing, have backed off amp output down to 75 amps, still getting dust. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Rit
