I think he means that you request MS to "elevate" your call to a more senior technician. Unfortunately, MS is now charging for every fucking kind of call. AND, they now even charge for email advice. I had an unrecoverable boot problem on a laptop and could discuss it with no one. This was a Vista mystery. I'm getting fed up.
