Lived aboard an Endeavour 37 for 5 years and loved it, beautiful boat.
Lost her in Hurricanes Frances/Jeanne. Converted to a PDQ36 catamaran,
never going back. As a British woman in the BVI told me a few years
back, "now that is civilized sailing".

Obviously there are merits to both formats but for us, the flat
comfortable sailing, paired with the extra room, rectangular berths,
swim steps, trampolines, and "go-almost-anywhere" draft of less than 3
feet makes the cat worth the extra $$$. Yes, you lose some excitement
at the helm and ear to the water sensation when sailing close to the
wind but for us, it works.

Just my opinion...
