As a former owner of at least three Seagulls, i would recommend that

        unless you love to endlessly tinker with engines, 
        enjoy the thrill of one finally starting, 
        enjoy noise disproportional to the Hp output, 
        think a trail of an oil slick is cool - 

stay away from it.
