Aha. I knew I missed something important. :) Thanks for that. So isn't there any way we can allow a user to disable DHCP at boot without modifying the CD itself?
On a separate, but somewhat related issue, do you have any objection to adding our bootscripts patch to the bootscripts in LFS trunk?
