Before calling this spam, the person posting is asking for no money, just
some useful reviews (reviews don't even need to be positive).
Since one can't review the book without reading it first, I'm not sure
Vivek's logistics in asking for a review.
I helped review this book and I own a copy. It's a good publication. Tobias
reviewed it <http://imgur.com/NlBJr> and owns a copy too. Before calling
this complete spam, please give the publisher the benefit of the doubt.
This book is an important achievement of the software and the community,
and I'd hate to burn bridges with the publisher.
