I have some trouble with 'troubleshooting' as a task.  I know that it's part
of the LPIC-3 mandate.  The big question to me is how break that into things
like:

    - user A cannot access XYZ but someone else in his group can
    - machine A cannot access XYZ
    - ...

Doesn't that eventually just simplify to:

    - adjust user and group ACLs
    - adjust host ACLs
    - ...
