Now this _is_ constructive, and many professional examinations provide
just such as well.

The questions then become ...
1.  What format?  Printed or alternative screen?
2.  What costs does Prometric/Vue add for such?

I know the Prometric/Vue testing systems can let you refer to
alternative screens for exam-provided information -- even general for
the exam.  But how much extra does that cost in the exam build?

Alternatively, can they provide a printed booklet?  And how much extra
does that cost as well?
