Well, the hundreds are currently used for the level of the exam (1==LPIC-1).

How about something like:

    <level><major version><2 digit objective>

So we would have something like:

  Topic 1201: System Architecture

    * 1201.1 Determine and configure hardware settings
    * 1201.2 Boot the system
    * 1201.3 Change runlevels and shutdown or reboot system 

Or is that too obfuscated to be useful and we should just make the objective
versions _very_ obvious everywhere?
