Hi Ryan -
I'm using the standard ifhp.conf from 3.5.10.
Nothing terribly out of the ordinary in the printcap, unless I've been doing
it wrong for the last couple years. :-)
Sample printer entry:
lwtest:
:lp=/dev/null
:sd=/var/spool/lpd/%P
:filter=/etc/lp/filters/ifhp
:ifhp=dev=lwtest.printers.math.umd.edu%9100,model=hp8100,appsocket
:of=/etc/lp/filters/ifhp
:bp=/etc/lp/filters/pclbanner
:mc=10
:mx=0
:sh
:ab@
:af=acct
:as=|/local/printacct/accounting.pl start
:ae=|/local/printacct/accounting.pl end
Our primary target is the 8000/8100 and a 4050, but we're planning on doing
accounting for 2100s and 5Ms too.
