Not sure if others are running into this but I have run into a situation where my users can't print certain PDF files. Everything appears as if it printed but nothing comes out of the printer. In the status.pr file it shows an error similar to the following: LP filter msg - '%%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: load ]%%^M' at 2004-04-08-14:02:30.271 ## [EMAIL PROTECTED] number=66 process=23070 LP filter msg - '%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%^M' at 2004-04-08-14:02:30.282 ## [EMAIL PROTECTED] number=66 process=23070 There is no indication from the client side or from just a standard lpq that there was a problem. I solved this by updating the client PC to Acrobat Reader 6.0 instead of the 5.0 that he had. I don't like that very much because 6.0 is so much slower but the user was pleased that I got him printing again. Hope this may help someone.
