a while back, I had this problem that printing a particular pdf file always hands HP 
4000N
printer.
failed with LPRng and windows TCP/IP direct print.

on a 4100 printer (32 MB), this same pdf file failed on half way during the print. so 
I have to
tell the user start again from where it left. 

I suspect it has to do with what kind of printer u have.
