I doubt it, because the foreign key constraints are not used
in the PS-MOPS schema in MySql, as described in the README file from
https://www.lsstcorp.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-613.
This implies that the relationship between tables are defined only
implicitly, and I wonder if this would remain or change.
