Ok.  Thank you both, Bob and Jeremy.  I can take advice... that's why I 
asked for it.  I'll change the second NIC's IP so it's not on the same 
subnet, and leave it alone.

I do really appreciate your help.  Like I say -- I'm not a networker.  So I 
do appreciate it.
