Almost definitely, unless it's a really old LCD one. You can see the difference even from the default LDM login screen. There's really no difference between the visual appearance of 24-bit to 32-bit colour, most drivers do not distinguish between these two SFAIK. RGB information is always 8-8-8, sometime 32-bit can mean an alpha channel. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_depth#True_color_.2824-bit.29 I don't think there's anyone using deep colour with X is there?
