Kyle, I find that highly unlikely. Orange for one requires the purchasers
name, alternate phone number and some other information. Unless you are
registering it under the name of a company and once its a company, the
companu registry have all the company details. I suspect other providers
require at least a name and alternate phone number for Internet connection
purchases.

If you have ever called customer care of any mobile service provider, one
of the things they ask of you is your name and alternate contact. They
already do have quite some information on you.
