Orange for one requires the purchasers name, alternate phone number and some other information. Unless you are registering it under the name of a company and once its a company, the companu registry have all the company details. I suspect other providers require at least a name and alternate phone number for Internet connection purchases.
If you have ever called customer care of any mobile service provider, one of the things they ask of you is your name and alternate contact. They already do have quite some information on you. -- Mike Of course, you might discount this possibility, but remember that one in a million chances happen 99% of the time. ------------------------------------------------------------
