I concur with Gary on this.

the delete button to eliminate postings one finds objectionable. I regard
this as the price of freedom, and I value freedom."
I have winced at some of the postings on this list. They are often from
those who first language is mot English. I can accept that some other
phrasing might have been less abrasive.
Other replies to the list have been downright insulting to those who have
made the effort to provide a video or audio example of their playing. We
don't want to be compared with professionals. If a person offends, tell
them privately. One person's opinion may not be everyone else's. I see no
reason to publicly denounce offensive postings. It just creates too many
negative e-mails that depart from interesting topics.
It is quite daunting to sit in front of a microphone and expect to play a
perfect recital. Mistakes happen and are difficult to edit out. We must
accept this and continue to encourage others to make clips without the fear
of severe criticism.
I like Rob's encouragement to amateurs on this list.
