I found the Win32 native port of Lyx 1.3.3 on http://prozess.imtek.uni-freiburg.de/stoehr/LyXWin/ by browsing through the list archives. Can anyone comment on whether Ruurd (or anyone else for that matter) will be building future version of Lyx?
I stored ruurds port until he will have a new one. Ask him whats the matter with his port:

I'd build it myself in Linux but installing any distribution of Linux on my laptop is a pain :D
If somebody will send me ruurds diff-files, I'll put it on my webpage, so that you can try to build it for windows. (I'm not able to do this by myself.)
