another note--inline maths.  The current behavior is to include a space 
after the math inset.  is this really desired?  While a user typing an 
extra space isn't a problem, this makes other punctuation require a 
backspace.  To include B^t and a comma, for example, C-MB^t<space-to-end>
<comma> seems more natural than C-MB^t<space-to-end><backspace><comma>, 
while the <space-to-end><space> for mid-sentence use is using the space 
in two different manners, and doesn't seem unnatural.

Or maybe the inclusion/omission of trailing space should be 
configurable?
