Haven't tried version 2 of the United States version yet, but I have
heard from several people that, voice over does not see the control to
stop navigation. Sounds like this app has taken some steps backward
with regard to accessibility.
Original message:
Hello Dónal,
Some people seem to like the new Navigon, but I find it to be a
complete disaster! I can get it to start navigation, but stopping
navigation is almost impossible for a VO user. Also, it crashes when
trying to do anything after starting navigation.
I'm glad to say I saved the previous version just in case something
like this should happen.
Cheers,
Anne

Hi,
If what I'm reading is true, updating to version 2 should be avoided.
Apparently voiceover accessibility has gone backwards. Can anyone confirm?
