I agree Mike, MotionX is the one I usually turn to for long distance travel.
Unfortunately for folks outside of the US, I think the app is US only. For
anybody interested in trying MotionX Drive, it comes with a 30 day free
voice guidance trial and they currently have a year of voice guidance on
sale for US $9.99.
