Eric,

Why haven't you tried iVisit? It works on OS 9 and X (and Windows) for video
and audio as well as text. I used it to conference with my son at Uni all
last year (and it's free). Both Mac and Windows versions are feature
complete. You can create a "room" that is locked/passworded or open. Give it
a try, at least it's another option. There's usually "staffed" help rooms in
the Welcome section if you have trouble.
