PLEASE don't extoll Purolater as a delivery system, as they and
their customs broker are even WORSE ripoffs than UPS and FEDEX ground.
Purolater just delivers the parcel without a word about payment
due, and then you get a bill in the mail later. Mine on a US$275 Lombard
stated the purchase price at C$1000! How's that for an exchange rate?
