I'm 'glad' to see I'm not the only one who hates Purolator. I paid extra dollars to the vendors expecting door-to-door service -- only to get a delivery notice in my post office box that the package was waiting for me to pick up at the local post office during business hours. (Small town, no local mail delivery which is why I paid extra for Purolator door-to-door guaranteed delivery.) This happened on five separate deliveries, in spite of expedited complaints to both head and local offices after verifying with the companies who shipped the items that they had fully expected the packages to be delivered to my door. To anyone who gets packages on a regular basis, I would strongly suggest setting up a dedicated database or journal listing order dates, delivery dates, waybill numbers and names because Purolator says they have no way of checking anything based on only the address.
