I also had trouble getting my email to recieve when we first got 
Insight bb. Calling proved to be a waste of time; they tried hard, but 
no one there knows anything about Mac OS, whatever version. I don't 
remember off hand what our problem (or shouled I say solution) was, but 
I will think on it and get back to you. What email program are you 
using?

Other than the initial setup issues, we have been very happy with 
Insight. We have been using it for about 4 months now. We had them come 
and install our modem for us, although we bought the modem at Comp USA. 
We had to schedule installation about 2-3 weeks out.
