Hey Ward, My suggestion was for a webpage, rather than an email. I don't know how many people in Louisville are on OS X and not OS 9 [I would assume the majority now, but only just] but the Insight page of:
http://help.insightbb.com/outlook/create_accounts_mac.html is quite useless to them. A page at the new website/domain-name with the same style of page for OS X users would be useful.
