Just a suggstion. The website for Insight is a bit dated as it only provides OS 9 instructions for setting up an insight address. Do any of the MacGroup Insight users feel up to making a clone page for OS X? How to do it in Mail and Outlook/Entourage. Screenshots etc.
Seems like the kind of thing a mac group could be able to do easily between themselves and might be good kudos with Insight. Just an idea.
